In 2010, the Foire Gourmande settles recycling bins on the site to incite people to recycle as much as possible.

This year, la Foire gourmande will install three islands in the Main Tent where people will be able to sort themselves their cabaret. Volunteers will also be available to sort the cabarets. La Foire focuses on composting and recycling.
