10 years already!

Who could have predicted that La Foire Gourmande would grow into
such a large-scale event? 

Actually, from year one, the volunteers who have organized the event
knew they had a formula for success. Indeed, how can you go wrong
by bringing families together to celebrate good food, enjoy great
concerts, be stunned by public entertainers and, as a bonus, to live
an altogether amazing experience in the enchanting decor of
la Baie-des-Pères in Ville-Marie!

Of course, nothing would be possible without the implication of our
exhibitors, who forge bond between an array of awesome activities.
We salute the artisans, agro transformers and chefs who showcase
the best terroir products, for you to discover.

We would also like to extend our warmest thanks to our partners who,
by their financial commitment, acknowledge the important role of
La Foire Gourmande in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Northerneastern
Ontario agrotourism development.

Needless to say, this event could not take place without the work of
some 100 fabulous volunteers. You are the core of this event. Your great
efforts, along with your big smile, make amazing things happen!

And, finally, because a festival would not exist without people who attend,
we thank the visitors who come from everywhere in growing numbers, year after year.
