La Foire Gourmande de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue et du Nord-Est ontarien is a non profit organization who targets the following objectives :

To promote the food-processing industry in region ;

To organize the development activities and the promotion of the agroprocessing products ;

To organize activities in agrotourism covering the region of Abitibi-Témiscamingue et du Nord-Est ontarien.
