The voluntary members of the board of Directors arise from the business sector of the Abitibi-Témiscamingue and the Northeastern Ontario, of the environment community, the agro-transformation environment and the youth sector. Every director is responsible for one or several working committes according to the load of their respective sector of responsibility.
