I just can’t wait!

I’m so thrilled that La Foire gourmande de l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue et du Nord-Est ontarien made me the honour of asking me to co-chair this fantastic event in 2011!

What a feeling it will be for me to see, smell, touch and hear what this wonderful region has to offer. I expect nothing less than to meet special people, to let myself be surprised by unexpected culinary discoveries and, above all, to go back home with only good memories of my stay in your very special region.
